We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. These changes will be effective once uploaded to the website. It is your responability to ensure you have read the latest terms and conditions. Use of the website signifies acceptance of the terms and conditions.

All password details are exclusive to you and non-transferable, they must be treated are strictly confidential at all times.

 

Order Process

All orders placed on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with the terms and conditions.

 

The payment page, powered by PayPal informs you of the final details of your order. Following this we will send you an order confirmation detailing the contents of your order. This is an order acknowledgement, not acceptance from Fifty Two Hockey.

 

The acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you. If the transaction has already been processed or on placing the order you have made a pre-order of the product we will notify you if we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. You will then receive a confirmation of cancellation from us.

 

We do not file details of your orders for you to subsequently access online directly via this website, therefore please print these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your records. Delivery 

Please see above information regarding delivery. Our delivery window may change for delivery to  outside the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. We use a third party to provide delivery services.

 

Delivery chargers and estimated timescales are specified above. We endeavour to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally possible. 

Fifty Two Hockey shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods within the estimated timescales due to a third party.

 

Risk of loss and damage of products is your responsibility on the date the products are delivered or the first attempted delivery by us.

 

Payment

We take payment via PayPal account, or credit card through PayPal at the time that we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided if a transaction has already taken place.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: If there is an error with the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as quickly as possible and allow you to re-order at the correct price of the goods you have ordered or cancel the order for a full refund.

 

All prices are shown in £ sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless stated otherwise

 

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if a product is returned to Fifty Two Hockey in the same condition it was delivered to you in. The refund provided will be price purchased for. Returned items must be sent to:

You are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality. If an item has a fault that is present at the time of sale you must notify us once it is discovered. Once used, damage to the product is not the responsibility of Fifty Two Hockey.

 

Weights and lengths given for sticks are averages, there will be differences between sticks. Sticks are only eligible for return if they are in the same condition as delivered to the customer in and returned within 30 days of delivery.
